My Indian-ish take on Colombian albondigas

Combine all ingredients and mix gently until everything comes together

Heat a good amount of olive oil in a shallow pan for frying

Portion 50 gram albondigas and fry in batches until cooked

Serve on a bed of greek yoghurt, garnish with cherry tomatoes & pickled red onions, enjoy with pita bread
